SIBER signed an agreement with Bodyguard & Security Association
Rostec' holding company will cooperate with the Austrian partners in the sphere of security
SIBER and Austrian Bodyguard & Security Association (BSA) signed an agreement on strategic cooperation.
Nikolay Volobuev, Deputy General Director of the Rostec State Corporation and Chairman of the Board of Directors of SIBER JSC, acted as a Head of the Russian delegation at the negotiations. On behalf of SIBER the document was signed by SIBER's CEO Vladimir Kapysh, for the Austrian company, from the side of the Austrian company the document was signed by Velislav Bonev, founder and managing partner of BSA.
«Signing of agreement with BSA is another important step towards the expantion of partnership between the holding companies of the Rostec State Corporation and the foreign companies. I am confident that this document will be the beginning of fruitful and mutually beneficial international cooperation between our companies,» Nikolai Volobuev noted.
According the the Under the terms of the agreement, it is planned to set up a strategic alliance with the aim of cooperation in the field of security, consulting, risk assessment and prevention as well as training and hardware implementation.

New Alliance with the Austrian security company BSA will allow to expand the range of our services and increase SIBER brand awareness abroad", – said Vladimir Kapysh.
BSA Company, with headquarters in Innsbruck, Austria, is operating in West European countries, has extensive experience in the field of security services. The core activity is ensuring security, provision of detective services as well as training services. In addition, the Bodyguard & Security Association carries out trad of security related equipment.
SIBER carries out activities to ensure integrated security of the Rostec State Corporation entities in the following areas: physical security of stationary facilities, cargo security during transportation, fire safety, designing, modernization, implementation and maintenance of engineering and technical security equipment and fire safety systems, private security activity.
